Tiamo for brewing and espresso work

From brew table to barista station.

A Tiamo range built for control

Tiamo brings together tools for those who want to control more aspects of their coffee themselves: brewing method, grind size, flow, temperature, dosing, and serving. The focus here is not on automatic machines, but on tools that let you work more intentionally, whether you brew at home, build a small brew bar, or complement an espresso station.

The focus is still close to a commercial workflow: equipment that helps you stay organized, repeat a recipe, and achieve a smoother workflow. In this collection, that means everything from manual brewers in different filter formats to a grinder, scale, serving pitcher, and small tools for espresso and milk. Choose primarily based on how you want to brew: V02 for classic conical brewing, K02 for flat-bottom brewing, French Press for a fuller cup, pour-over for slow cold extraction, and control tools for making every step more consistent.

Choose your brewing style based on the cup and your routine

This part of the range differs primarily in brewing logic: conical bed, flat bottom, immersion, or slow cold drip brewing. The material also affects the feel in use and how robust the equipment is in everyday use.

A practical choice for the espresso station when you want to keep the work surface clean without taking up much space. Measuring 15 × 16 × 17 cm, it holds up to 10 double pucks, and the removable bar makes emptying and cleaning easier.

Simple temperature control

For milk-based drinks, temperature is often what determines whether the result tastes sweet and balanced or overheated. This analogue model has a clip for a milk pitcher and also works with compatible Tiamo pitchers when you want to monitor the heat more closely.

Frequently asked questions

Here you will find short answers that make it easier to choose the right products from the range.

What is most important to choose first in this collection?

Start with the brewing method, not the material. If you want a clean and clear cup, choose a pour-over brewer with paper filters. If you want a fuller body, French Press is a better fit. If you want to brew cold for multiple servings, the cold drip option is the right way to go. Once the method is decided, it becomes easier to choose the right serving pitcher, scale, and any accessories.

What is the difference between V02 and K02?

V02 uses a conical filter format and is suitable for those looking for the classic pour-over experience for 2–4 cups. K02 has a flat bottom and uses a different filter format, which means you also need the right paper filters for that brewer. They are therefore not interchangeable formats, so always check which paper belongs to the model you choose.

Do I need both a scale and a kettle?

Not necessarily, but they serve different functions. The scale helps you repeat the same dose and brewing ratio every time, while the kettle gives you better control over how quickly and where you pour. If you want to make brewing more consistent, the scale is usually the first step; if you already have the recipe but want to improve the flow, a narrow spout is very valuable.

Is Tiamo also suitable for espresso work?

Yes, but primarily through the tools around it. This collection includes, for example, a knockbox for puck handling, a milk thermometer for better temperature control, and equipment that helps with preparation and serving. This makes the range relevant both for manual brewing and for a more organized espresso station.
