Brewing Guide
1. Dosage and Grind
Start with a base ratio of 10 g of coffee per 100 ml of brewed coffee. For half a liter, use 50 g of coffee. Place the ground coffee in the stainless steel filter. Adjust the grind size to suit your taste, starting with a normal Grind for drip coffee and fine-tuning as needed.
2. Water and Ice
Fill the upper glass container with a mixture of ice and cold water. This helps keep the water chilled throughout the brewing process.
3. Drip Rate
Adjust the valve so that the water drips at a rate of about 1 drop per second or 1.5 seconds. Check the brewing halfway and adjust the drip rate About as needed to maintain a steady rate of 40-60 drops per minute.
4. Brewing Time
The brewing process usually takes between 3-5 hours. The result is a smooth and sweet cup of coffee that is ready to be enjoyed.
5. Cooling
After brewing, the coffee will be at room temperature. Chill the coffee in the refrigerator or serve it with plenty of ice in a glass.
6. Extra Tips
The stainless steel coffee filter can be used as is, but you can also add a paper filter underneath the ground coffee to improve dripping and distribute the water evenly.
