Specialty coffee – made easier at home.

The story behind Morning

Morning was founded by two people with a shared idea: to bring more finesse, convenience, and quality into coffee lovers’ homes. Leon Foo already had extensive experience with specialty coffee in Singapore and Malaysia, where since 2009 he had worked to develop coffee culture through PPP Coffee and the Chye Seng Huat Hardware café. During meetings with manufacturers in Taiwan, he met Bowen, who ran his family’s manufacturing business and worked with precision equipment for coffee projects such as Acacia and Hiroia. That meeting marked the beginning of Morning.

The brand grew from a clear ambition: to make truly great coffee more accessible without losing its origin, craftsmanship, or flavor profile along the way. Morning Machine was developed to give independent roasters and baristas a more consistent and reliable way to reach home users, while helping users bring out the flavors the capsules are actually designed to express. Today, Morning has sold more than 3 000 machines in over 25 countries and built an ecosystem where all capsules on its marketplace are recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable.

They combine convenient use with a more ambitious coffee experience, making them particularly appealing for smaller kitchens, busy mornings, and households where several people want to brew great coffee without a learning curve.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most important questions before making your choice.

What sets Morning apart from a regular capsule machine?

The main difference lies in its focus on the coffee experience. Morning is designed to make specialty coffee more accessible at home, not merely to brew as quickly as possible. If you find capsules convenient but often experience flat flavor in simpler machines, Morning is a more thoughtfully designed alternative.

Is Morning a good choice for small kitchens or daily use?

Yes, that is one of its strengths. Morning works well in homes where a compact solution is used frequently and is easy to handle. It suits daily routines where speed matters, while still giving you the feeling that your choice of machine makes a difference to the flavor.
