Can I pause or cancel the subscription whenever I want?
Yes. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription directly through your account - no binding period or hassle.
How do you select which roasteries are included?
We collaborate with carefully selected Swedish and Nordic micro-roasteries that are passionate about quality and sustainability. We test everything ourselves - nothing is sent out unless we love it.
Is the coffee pre-ground or whole beans?
Right now we only ship whole beans - to keep the flavor as fresh as possible. We recommend grinding just before brewing.
When will my coffee be shipped?
We ship the coffee around the 25th of each month. You will receive a notification with tracking as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The package is delivered directly to your mailbox or the nearest agent depending on the size. You will always receive tracking via email and SMS
How long does coffee stay fresh?
All bags are freshly roasted and packaged with a valve. We recommend consuming within 4-6 weeks for optimal flavor.
How do I know which coffee I will get?
Every month you receive coffee from different roasteries with information about origin, flavor profile, and brewing tips. You always get a new experience.
