Do you need to rent a coffee cart?
We deliver a fully equipped coffee cart with an experienced barista to weddings, trade shows, parties, car meets, and other corporate events throughout the Stockholm area. Everything is included in a fixed price – coffee, equipment, cups, and more.
What is included?
A professional barista, scale, own special coffee, full espresso equipment and grinder, transport and setup, mugs, sugar, flavorings, milk, and much more! No hassle - we handle everything!

Transport and installation
How far outside Stockholm do you deliver?
We are based in Järna and deliver throughout Stockholm. Transport up to 40 km is included. For longer distances, the customer needs to pay. We have also held events in Copenhagen at the customer's request, so anything is possible!
What happens if it rains?
We have a 10x10m tent with us in case it rains!
Do you need three-phase power?
No, our equipment is designed for 230V/10A household electricity.
Do you handle cleaning afterwards?
Absolutely! We unpack and pack down the equipment and make sure the place is well cleaned when we leave.
How does the installation and dismantling look?
Installation
We usually arrive the day before the event to install the coffee cart and equipment, including a test run to ensure everything works properly for the event day. This typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Dismantling
Dismantling takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.
Coffee service
Can you serve decaf, oat milk, or lactose-free options?
Yes! All our packages always include at least one plant-based option (Oatly Ikaffe) and lactose-free. We usually don’t have decaf coffee, but it can be added.
What flavorings do you have?
We offer a wide range of different flavorings. Customers have the option to request any flavorings available in our online store for their event. See our selection of flavorings here.
Do you serve matcha drinks?
Yes, we also offer matcha drinks such as matcha latte, dirty matcha, matcha tea, etc. In the booking form, you can customize your own menu for the event.
Own branding
Is it possible to have custom printed mugs?
Yes, we can definitely arrange that. The only thing we need is a PNG print file. Please note that the delivery time is about 3 weeks for printed mugs, so you need to book us well in advance for this. An additional fee applies for custom printed mugs.
Is it possible to have a custom design on the coffee cart?
Yes, absolutely! We can print a custom front panel for the coffee cart with any logo or message you choose. Please note that delivery takes about 3 weeks, so be sure to book us well in advance for this. An additional fee applies for custom printing on top of the base price.
Do you have other customizable items for branding?
We also have the option to print customized menus with your logo or design. Please note that delivery takes about 3 weeks. An additional fee applies for this service.
Booking and cancellation terms
How does cancellation work?
Booking without custom printing
For cancellations, please contact us at least 36 hours before the event day. Otherwise, the customer will be charged a fee.
Booking with custom printing
For bookings with custom printing, we require an advance payment for the cost of custom printing on items such as mugs, signs, or a personalized menu for the customer. Therefore, in case of cancellation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
