This service is offered only to registered businesses in most European countries.

We provide the service in cooperation with Grenke AG in most European countries and Svea Bank AB in Sweden.

For an application to be approved, our leasing partners will conduct a credit assessment of your business. The likelihood of approval increases if the business has been operating for at least one fiscal year or has sufficient assets to ensure payment of the monthly fees.

PRICES AND LEASING PERIOD

The monthly rental prices listed on our website are based on a five (5) year leasing agreement and are generated via our leasing partners' platforms. Prices may vary slightly depending on the daily exchange rate between Swedish kronor (SEK) and other currencies. Interest rates can also affect prices. However, a final and binding price quote is always provided before any agreement is signed.

Our leasing partner guarantees that the monthly payments remain unchanged throughout the contract period once the agreement has been made. The shortest possible leasing period is two (2) years and the longest is five (5) to six (6) years, which may vary depending on the country. Generally, the longer the leasing period, the lower the monthly payment. Agreements can be renewed after a contract period has expired.

OWNERSHIP

During the leasing period, our leasing partner is the legal owner of the equipment. The monthly payments must be made directly to the leasing partner in accordance with the leasing agreement.

MINIMUM CONTRACT VALUE

The total purchase value of the equipment in each leasing agreement must be at least 1,000 EUR or the equivalent of approximately 10,000 SEK excluding VAT.

This means, for example, that if you wish to lease a coffee grinder valued at 500 EUR, this is only possible if additional equipment is included in the same agreement so that the total value reaches the minimum amount.

PROCEDURE TO START A LEASING AGREEMENT

To begin the process, we first need information about the equipment you wish to lease.

We need the following details from you:

• Name
• Address
• Organization number
• VAT registration number
• Complete contact details

We then forward the information to one of our leasing partners to start the application process.

Usually, we receive a response within one (1) business day. In many cases, the leasing partner requests additional financial information from your business, such as financial statements, tax returns, or equivalent financial documents.

In most cases, leasing decisions are made within one (1) to two (2) business days.

We therefore ask you to first provide additional information about your business so that we can assess whether the process can proceed.
