The Gaggia Classic has its own fitting and does not fit standard 58 mm groups.

Single spoutOne spout for one cup at a time.
BottomlessOpen underneath so you can watch the extraction. Shows up uneven tamping straight away.
Without headJust the wooden handle, if you want to keep your own portafilter head.

Matching accessories

The rest of your coffee corner in the same wood

Once the machine is done, the tools you use every day come in the same wood.

Tamping station

Build your barista station

Tamper, station and tools in the same wood as your machine. We always recommend the metal support for the station: it holds the portafilter up under the handle so it sits level and still while you tamp. That is why you get the support at half price with the station, and completely free if you add at least one more part. If you choose a brush, we swap the WDT holder for the tool holder that takes both.

    Wiedemann Hangup

    Hangup

Your tools on the wall, within reach

Hangup is a solid wood rail that holds your portafilter, tamper, WDT and brush in place with magnets. The worktop stays clear and the tools hang right where you use them.

    Hangup

    Build your Hangup

Choose a size by how many tools you want to hang. The portafilter hangs on Puck, which fits 58 mm. The Wiedemann precision tamper, WDT and brush attach directly to the rail. The rail is 9 cm high and comes with fixings for both screws and adhesive, so you can mount it without drilling.

      Precision

Upgrades you can taste in the cup

The Wiedemann precision range is all about tolerances. The tamper comes in 58.0 and 58.5 mm to fill the basket right to the edge, the self-levelling Wiedecent tamper gives you a level tamp every time, and the dosing funnel is held in place by magnets while you grind.

A thin, heat-resistant vegan leather cover that sits on the cup warmer. It protects the metal from scratches, dampens the rattle of the cups when the pump runs, and comes cut to fit more than 40 machine models in black, brown and beige.

      Wood types

      Four woods, one look

All Wiedemann parts are made in the same four woods and finished with organic hard oil. Wood is a natural material, so grain and tone vary from piece to piece.

      Walnut
Dark and warm with a calm grain. Looks especially good against polished stainless steel.
      Oak
Light and even. The Scandinavian choice that blends into bright kitchens.
      Black oak
Smoked oak, almost black but with visible texture. Understated and modern.
      Olive
Lively, high-contrast grain. The most expressive choice, and no two pieces are alike.

      The craft

      Two workshops behind every detail

      Wiedemann Manufaktur

      Baienfurt, southern Germany

      Wiedemann Manufaktur

Wiedemann Manufaktur is based a short drive from Lake Constance and is run by Nico Wiedemann. Everything happens under one roof: product development, prototypes, turning, sanding, oiling and packing. No part is bought in ready-made from anonymous mass production.

Every wooden part is turned and sanded by hand and oiled in several coats of organic hard oil. Parts that belong together in a set are sorted so that colour and grain match, and the fit is tested on the machine they are made for.

      BAARK

BAARK does for Sage what Wiedemann does for the Italian and German machines. The workshop makes handle sets, 54 and 58 mm portafilters, tampers and hopper lids for the Sage Barista and Oracle series.

You choose between three handle shapes, The BAARK, The ECM and The TCA, in oak, walnut, olive and smoked oak. The result is a Sage that looks and feels like a far more expensive machine.
