Wipe with a slightly damp, soft cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaning agents and dishwasher use. If the surface feels dry after some time, you can refresh it with a thin coat of wood oil. Wood is a natural material, so the tone and grain vary between individual pieces.
Four wood types to choose from
Olive has the most vibrant grain, walnut is dark and warm, oak is light and understated, and black oak (smoked oak) is almost black with a visible structure. Choosing the same wood type as your other Wiedemann details gives your machine, grinder and accessories a cohesive look.
