Care instructions
Always unplug the roaster before cleaning and let it cool completely. Do not spray or clean the quartz heating elements, and avoid metal sponges, corrosive chemicals, and abrasive cleaners. We recommend a mild, non-corrosive, and non-abrasive cleaner.
After every fifth roast, you should run a dry cleaning cycle to reduce buildup: lightly spray only the metal walls, insert an empty drum and chaff collector, and run a full 1/4 lb roast/cool cycle. Empty the chaff collector regularly and also keep the lower right rear part of the roasting chamber clean. About every four months, the fan impellers and electronics compartment should be cleaned, and dust, lint, or chaff removed from the exhaust channel cover and ducts.
