Order & Payment
Is my order secure?
Yes. Your order is only confirmed after the payment has been approved.
We use established and reliable payment providers.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Available options depend on the country you are shopping from.
Can companies shop without VAT?
Yes.
Companies within the EU can shop VAT-free by providing a valid VAT number.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Customers within the EU: VAT is included according to the delivery country.
Customers outside the EU: Swedish VAT is not charged. Any import VAT and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
No hidden surprises from our side.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
Customers within the EU, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom can order directly at checkout.
Other countries may require a manual shipping quote.
Some manufacturers restrict sales of specific products outside the EU.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours (up to 2 days during busy periods).
Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
How long is the delivery time?
Sweden: usually 1–2 business days
Most European countries: usually 2–5 business days
You will always receive tracking information.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We cooperate with:

- PostNord
- DB Schenker
- FedEx
The carrier is chosen depending on location and product.
Returns – What happens if I change my mind?
Can I return a product?
Yes — customers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Conditions:
- The product must not be used
- The original packaging must be intact
- The product must be in its original condition
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
You must contact us before sending anything back.
Does the return policy apply outside the EU?
No. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to customers within the EU.
What cannot be returned?
- Gift cards
- Consumables and coffee
- Custom-ordered or customer-adapted products
- Orders outside the EU
Warranty & Security
What Warranty do you offer?
- 1 year Warranty on products
- 3 years of complaint rights according to Swedish consumer law
- Refurbished Sage machines include a 1-year functional Warranty
The Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear from normal use.
How long do repairs take?
Normal repair time is 2–4 weeks.
Do you repair machines?
We repair some brands ourselves, and brands we do not repair ourselves are handled by our partners.
For Sage machines, there are official service centers in Europa at:
- Witt (Denmark)
- Windhorn (Germany)
Windhorn offers a fixed price for repairs including shipping and transport box.
Product questions
Are the product images accurate?
We strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
Minor color differences may occur depending on screen settings.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product cannot be delivered, we will inform you.
Some products are ordered from suppliers and may take 1–2 weeks before shipping.
Do you sell refurbished machines?
Yes.
Refurbished Sage machines include a 1-year functional Warranty.
Can I custom order a product?
Yes, in some cases.
Note:
Custom-ordered products are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Business customers
Do you sell to cafes and companies?
Yes.
We offer professional espresso machines, coffee grinders, and business solutions.
Do you offer leasing?
Yes, leasing is available for companies.
Leasing requires approval and may involve requirements for financial documentation.
