How to find the right fit

Wiedemann Manufaktur is a German workshop that handcrafts accessories for espresso machines, based on precise measurements for each individual machine model. The same idea lies behind this entire series: the covers are cut for a specific machine, not a generic standard size.

All variants are made of imitation leather with a textured surface, withstand heat and temperature fluctuations, and protect the top from scratches, stains, and daily wear. The covers are available in three colors: black, brown, and cream white. They also differ in two ways. The first is the mounting: some versions are secured with four fasteners, while others use four self-adhesive attachment points. The second is the coverage. Some covers fit an entire machine series with up to eleven models, while others are cut for a single machine.

Always use your machine’s exact model designation as your starting point when choosing. If your machine is listed for a variant, the fit is guaranteed, and the cover can be removed and put back on without tools when you brew.

How do I know that the cover will fit my machine?

Each variant is linked to a specific list of machine models, and the list is provided in the product description. Check the model designation on your machine, such as Mechanika V or Pro 600, and choose the variant that includes it. If your machine is not included on any list, there is currently no matching fit for it, and a cover for another model should not be used.
How is the cover attached?

Depending on the model, either four fasteners or four self-adhesive attachment points on the underside are used. Both solutions keep the cover in place without tools and without modifying the machine. The cover can easily be lifted off when you want to use the top as a cup warmer.
Can the cover withstand the heat from the machine?

Yes. The material is selected to withstand heat and the temperature fluctuations that occur as the machine heats up and cools down. It retains its shape and surface texture even with daily use.
How do I clean it?

Wipe with a slightly damp cloth, then dry with a dry cloth. The imitation leather is stain-resistant and requires no special care product. Avoid strong solvents and abrasive cleaners.
Where are the covers manufactured?

All covers in the series are manufactured in Germany by Wiedemann Manufaktur, largely by hand and based on measurements taken from each machine model.
