Wood Knob for ECM
Wood Knob for ECM replaces the black steam or hot water knob on your ECM with a knob made of solid wood. The knob has an internal 7 mm square fitting in stainless steel and is sold individually, so you can replace one or both.

Care instructions
Wipe with a slightly damp, soft cloth and dry immediately. Avoid soaking, strong cleaning agents and dishwashers. If the surface feels dry after some time, you can refresh it with a thin coat of wood oil. Wood is a natural material, so the color and grain vary from one piece to another.
Four wood types to choose from
Olive has the most expressive grain, walnut is dark and warm, oak is light and understated, and black oak (smoked oak) is almost black with a visible structure. Choosing the same wood type as your other Wiedemann details gives your machine, grinder and accessories a cohesive look.
