Wiedemann for grinders & accessories

Wiedemann is a German manufacturer that handcrafts premium solid-wood details for espresso machines, grinders and accessories in its own workshop in southern Germany. Each part is turned, sanded and oiled individually, allowing the grain and color tone to vary naturally from one piece to another.

The measurements are taken directly from the equipment the parts are designed for, ensuring a high standard of fit, feel and finish. The wood receives a surface treatment that withstands heat, steam and splashes in an active coffee environment and ages beautifully over time. All wooden parts come with a 5-year warranty.

Wooden cup holder for Rocket Appartamento

Wooden cup holder for Rocket Appartamento

Replaces the original shelf on top of the Appartamento machine and gives preheated cups a place that suits them. The wooden slats rest against the machine's heat, keeping the cups warm, and the profile is cut to the Appartamento's dimensions so it follows the machine's lines instead of sitting on top like an accessory.

Frequently asked questions

What customers most often wonder about before replacing the original shelf.

Categories

Do I need to drill or modify the machine?

No. The shelf uses the machine's existing mounting points and replaces the original directly. You need no additional parts and can put the original shelf back at any time.
Can the wood withstand the heat from the machine?

Yes. The part is made of solid wood with an oiled surface designed for the environment on top of an espresso machine, including heat, steam and splashes. Wipe with a damp cloth and avoid strong cleaning agents.
Why do the pieces look different?

Each shelf is handcrafted from solid wood, and the grain, knots and shade naturally vary between pieces. The piece you receive is therefore unique and may differ slightly from the image.
What does the warranty cover?

The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty on the wooden parts. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, not wear from improper cleaning or external damage.
