The Knock Drawer Co. is an Irish, family-owned company with roots in precision engineering and sheet-metal fabrication in Dublin. The business grew out of the family’s long involvement with coffee equipment and a clear insight into baristas’ everyday needs: puck disposal needed to become faster, cleaner, and more thoughtfully designed. Since 2007, they have specialized in developing and manufacturing their own solutions, focusing on workflow, durable construction, and meticulous finishing.

The foundation is the same throughout this series: a drawer-style design in stainless steel, a ventilated top that helps moisture leave the drawer, smooth-running runners, and a triangular delta bar in EPDM rubber for quieter emptying. Grounds Cub 200 mm has a lower profile, integrated handles and uses 1.2 mm stainless steel, making it particularly suitable when you want to fit the drawer under a grinder with limited clearance.
