About you for some reason would regret it, have you 14 day right of withdrawal. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return cost, but we do everything we can to make the return as smooth as possible. Shipping & returns
We send parcels all over the world EU and also outside EU, so you can enjoy your new espresso machine no matter where you are. The delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days, while deliveries to others EU (including Norway, Switzerland and UK) takes 2-5 working days. For ordered goods, the delivery time can be 1-5 weeks.
Regarding returns, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the item has not been used. About the product has been used, we take into account any reduction in value when refunding. We always strive to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible for you.

bought a "Barista Express" and it was in a good box that fit perfectly. Got a super good run through on how to use it. When they took it out of the box it was like new with all the plastic packaging you'd expect!
