About Järna Rosteri
At the roastery outside in Järna we roast every week to always deliver freshly roasted coffee. The process is simple and everything is done by hand. We don't want to mess with it, everything matters About a good raw material that we develop through roasting!
The raw coffee we roast comes from organic and biodynamic farms from all over the world. Biodynamic coffee farms are run as a closed cycle where no more is grown than what the farm itself can bear. All plant waste is composted and then used as nutrition for new plantings.
