Järna Rosteri roasts 100% organic coffee with care, transparency and quality as guiding principles. Our coffee comes from certified organic farms around the world and is roasted in small batches in Järna. We are one of the few roasters in the Nordic region that also roasts biodynamic coffee, certified according to Demeter. Every cup we roast is built on close relationships with the growers and a genuine commitment to sustainability – from farm to fork.

Our Story

With over 10 years of experience in organic coffee roasting, Järna Rosteri one of the pioneers in sustainable coffee in Sweden. We are alone in the Nordic region About to roast biodynamically certified coffee – grown on farms that operate in closed, regenerative cycles.

For us, coffee is everything. About more than taste. It is a drink that connects people, carrying traces of their place and their land. That is why we roast carefully and sensitively, to preserve the coffee's natural balance, aromas and character. Through craftsmanship, passion and long-term relationships with producers, we want to create a taste experience that is felt in both body and heart.
