Origin & cultivation:

In Sidamo – the legendary birthplace of coffee – the coffee grows both wild and on small organic farms between 1500 and 2200 meters above sea level. The slow ripening at high altitude contributes to the berries' complex flavor profile. According to legend, the power of coffee was discovered here by the young goat herder Kaldi and his energetic goats.

Roasting & production:

Gently roasted in Västerås by Björklunds Coffee Roastery – a Swedish craft roastery that combines tradition with a strong focus on sustainability.
