Om du av någon anledning skulle ångra dig, har du 14 dagars ångerrätt. Vi kan tyvärr inte stå för returkostnaden, men vi gör allt vi kan för att göra returen så smidig som möjligt. Din tillfredsställelse är vår högsta prioritet, och vi gör allt vi kan för att du ska vara nöjd!
Shipping & returns
Vi skickar paket över hela EU och även utanför EU, så att du kan njuta av din nya espressomaskin oavsett var du befinner dig. Leveranstiden inom Sverige är 1-3 arbetsdagar, medan leveranser till övriga EU (inklusive Norge, Schweiz och Storbritannien) tar 2-5 arbetsdagar. För beställningsvaror kan leveranstiden vara 1-5 veckor.
När det gäller returer har du 14 dagars ångerrätt, förutsatt att varan inte har använts. Om produkten har använts, tar vi hänsyn till eventuell värdeminskning vid återbetalningen. Vi strävar alltid efter att göra returprocessen så enkel och smidig som möjligt för dig.
