Manual coffee brewer for cool cold brew
Timemore manual coffee brewer for cold brew is an elegant choice for those who want to brew clean, smooth, and refreshing cold brew at home. This manual coffee brewer combines sleek design with practical function and is perfect as a manual brewer for coffee on warm days or when you want to prepare coffee at a relaxed pace. We especially like the adjustable valve that gives you better control over extraction. Just keep in mind that it works best with coarsely ground coffee, as too fine a grind can clog the filter.

Instructions
You need ground coffee, ice cubes, and cold water. Use about 30 g of coffee for 360 ml of water for a well-balanced cup.
Pour coarsely ground coffee into the filter and add water so that all the coffee is soaked. Then place a filter paper on top of the coffee to help distribute the water evenly through the bed.
The coffee container is placed in the upper part of the brewer. Close the valve before mounting the upper container on the lower glass container.
Fill ice up to the first mark in the upper container and add cold water until the level almost reaches the line marked 4. Adjust the valve to the slowest drip for best results.
Put on the lid and let the brewer work for about 2–4 hours. When brewing is complete, you get a clear and smooth cold brew with low bitterness and fine sweetness.
For those who appreciate precision, design, and really good cold brew, this is a thoughtful choice from Timemore. Add it to your coffee corner and brew cold coffee with greater control and better feel.
