Flavour Perception in Coffee Series, a collaboration between the Specialty Coffee Association of America and World Coffee Research, is an intuitive and user-friendly tool for coffee tasters. This tool is designed to provide a fun and educational experience for those who want to analyze and describe coffee on a deeper level.

The WCR Lexicon is the largest collaborative project on the flavors and aromas of coffee ever conducted. Developed at the Sensory Analysis Center at Kansas State University, the lexicon identifies 110 different taste, aroma, and texture attributes found in coffee and provides references for measuring their intensity.
The new posters build on the popular Coffee Taster’s Flavour Wheel by including WCR Lexicon attributes and their references, making it an indispensable tool for coffee tasters who want to deepen their sensory analyses.
