Toddy Coldbrew Commercial Brewer is designed to brew with up to 2.27 kg of coarsely ground coffee and yields about 11 liters of coffee extract. The brewing process is simple:
- Place a commercial filter in the strainer and set it in the brewing vessel.
- Pour in 2.27 kg of coarsely ground coffee into the filter.
- Add 6.6 liters of cold water and saturate all coffee particles.
- Tie the filter and leave space for the coffee to stir.
- Add another 6.6 liters of cold water and let the brew sit for 8–16 hours.
- Drain the extract, cool it down, and store it. The brewing yields about 9.5 liters of concentrate.
