Inspired by Milan's elegant, well-dressed, and constantly busy inhabitants, we present Rossa - a coffee that captures the essence of Italy's fashion and financial capital, but with a tranquil calm from beautiful Brescia in Lombardy.

Taste Profile

Intense and rich with an elegant complexity. This award-winning blend consists of 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta, creating a perfect balance between the classic character of Arabica and the powerful depth of Robusta. The result is a full-bodied coffee with excellent crema that has made Rossa a favorite among many baristas.

Roast Profile

Rossa is roasted to perfection by second-generation roasters at Caffè Morandini in Brescia. It has a medium-dark roast profile that highlights its complex flavors while preserving the fine nuances of Arabica and perfectly balancing them with the depth of Robusta.

Versatile Use

Just as delicious as:

  • Espresso with its rich crema
  • Caffè latte where the coffee's character breaks through the milk
  • Ristretto for an intense flavor experience

Brewing Recommendation

For best results:

  • Brew at a slightly higher temperature, 92-93 degrees
  • For standard espresso, follow regular parameters
  • For a unique experience, try ristretto at 27-30 seconds (15-20 ml) Note: Requires a different grind setting than standard espresso
