How often: When the machine tells you to

- Insert the cleaning disk into the single filter holder and add a cleaning tablet.

Daily backwashing is important. Use the shiny cleaning disc in the single filter holder and lock it into the group head. Empty the drip tray daily and wipe it with a damp cloth. Give it a thorough cleaning with soapy water regularly but avoid washing any part of the machine in the dishwasher. You don't have to wait for the drip tray to indicate that it is full.
Changing the water filter
How often: 2-3 months
Change water filters every 2-3 months to prevent limescale build-up, especially in areas with hard water. Soak the filter for at least 5 minutes before replacing it in the water tank. About you notice limescale build-up, perform a descaling according to the instructions in your manual.
Cleaning the steam arm

Clean the machine thoroughly, run one decalcification and change water filters more often to prevent dripping.
