I've been using this machine for a few weeks now, and it's been fantastic so far. The machine arrived well-packaged in an original box, complete with all necessary supports to ensure safe delivery. It also came with an excellent espresso guide, a brand new dosing guide, razor, and milk jug - all of which were great additions. While the machine wasn’t in the condition expected, the customer service was excellent and I would be reordering from here again. For those ordering from the UK, just be mindful of VAT charges.

I would have liked to buy some accessories from you, e.g. a bottomless portafilter and some puck filters in size 54 mm.
