Compare Commercial Espresso Machines

La Nuova Era IRON 2-group and Vostok are both two-group commercial espresso machines with PID-controlled temperature, but they differ in how they manage heat and water supply.

La Nuova Era IRON uses a multi-boiler system with fixed direct connection, which provides very stable temperature during simultaneous brewing and steaming. The machine is also more compact in height and heavier, which facilitates installation in tight spaces.

Vostok instead uses double boilers and can be powered either with direct water connection or internal water tank, offering greater installation flexibility. It has a higher profile and lower weight, and also supports a true pressure profile mode, which allows baristas to fine-tune pressure during extraction for optimal flavor control.
