Rocket Espresso RE Doppia is an affordable package for a cafe that is looking for an espresso machine with a large boiler capacity, constantly saturated brew head and with thermostability. The espresso machine has a quick recovery time for the brewer, PID temperature control and fast recovery time for the steamer with an integrated electronic pressure sensor. RE Doppia has programmable buttons that are based on volume and not time for more precision, an insulated steam stick to prevent burns and automatic "Backflush" function. Rocket RE Doppia is an affordable and efficient espresso machine that is for cafes that produce medium to high quantity.
Features and performance
Double boiler: RE Doppia has a separate boiler for brewing and steam to achieve stable and even brewing and to be able to provide maximum power for steam.
Saturated brew head: By circulating the water through RE Doppia's brewing head, it provides an even more stable temperature when brewing.
PID temperature control: Through PID you can set each boiler to the exact degree.
Automatic shot programming: The two programmable buttons per brew head that are based on volume versus time provide a precise brew every time.
