How to look after your Teresina
An E61 heat exchanger machine does best with daily backflushing with water, detergent once a week and a new group gasket about once a year. Here is the schedule and the products we recommend.
Good to know about the Tower Teresina
LOW, MED, HIGH and HOT correspond to 90, 92, 94 and 96 °C at the shower screen. Change the level in the OLED menu.
On the RS version you switch from the tank to a plumbed-in water connection with the button next to the water tap.
Torre specifies a water hardness of 7–14 °dH and recommends a water filter or water softener if needed, as limescale can seriously damage the machine.

- Purge and wipe the steam wand after each use
- Backflush with water and a blind basket
- Rinse the portafilter and basket, empty the drip tray

- Soak the steam tip in milk system cleaner
