How to look after your Mozzafiato V Fast
An E61 heat exchanger machine does best with daily backflushing with water, detergent once a week and a new group gasket about once a year. Here is the schedule and the products we recommend.
Good to know about the Rocket Mozzafiato V Fast
Rocket specifies 12–15 minutes before the group head is fully warmed up. Wait until then before brewing your first cup.
ECO mode is activated at the factory and the machine goes into standby after 30 minutes without use. You can switch it off in the display settings.
Rocket advises against descaling and refers you to an authorised workshop. Instead, change the water in the boiler at least once a month, or every other week with heavy use.
