We recommend using the included cleaning brush and silicone bellows for regular cleaning. The included 5 mL RDT spray bottle can be used to reduce static electricity and keep retention under 0.1 g at a 10 g dose. The powder-coated matte surface is durable and easy to wipe clean. For light roasts and less developed beans on espresso grind, feed the beans slowly or choose a slightly coarser setting to protect the burrs. One thing to keep in mind is that the small 30 g bean hopper is best suited for single dosing rather than larger consecutive brews.
