Hybrid heating system - thermoblock + dedicated steam boiler

Sunny combines two technologies:

• An insulated die-cast thermoblock with 0.5 m copper thermo coil for fast and stable coffee brewing
• A 1.6 L insulated stainless steel boiler for steam and hot water

The result is quick heating, stable temperature, and powerful steam — perfect for latte, cappuccino, and serving multiple drinks in a row.

PID control for precise temperature management

The PID regulation lets you fine-tune the brewing temperature by the degree. This provides more even extraction, better balance, and clearer flavor nuances regardless of beans.

Manual pressure profiling via side lever

The side lever allows you to manually control pump pressure throughout the entire extraction — from pre-brew to finish. Perfect for those who want to experiment and create their own flavor profiles.

OLED display with shot timer & smart settings

Shows temperature, shot timer, and all main machine settings. You can also activate:

• preinfusion
• standby
• eco-mode
• energy-saving mode by electronically turning off the steam boiler

Sunny can be controlled via smartphone, tablet, or computer. Through the WiFi module you can:
