Insulated thermoblock – fast and temperature stable

POP uses a die-cast aluminum thermoblock with a 0.5 m copper thermocoil. This provides fast heating, good temperature stability, and high energy efficiency – ideal for those who want to make espresso without long waiting times.

PID control for precise temperature management

The PID regulation keeps the brewing temperature constant and allows you to fine-tune it according to the roast of the beans. This results in better balance, sweetness, and detail in every shot.

Pressure profiling via valve

The profiling valve lets you manually control the pump pressure throughout the entire extraction – from pre-infusion to the final shot. A feature that opens up for experimentation and full control over the flavor profile.

Display with shot timer and smart functions
