Compact single boiler design – small machine, big flavor

Pippa uses a 0.45 L insulated brass boiler that heats quickly and maintains a stable temperature. Single boiler means that brewing and steaming take place in the same boiler, which suits those who mostly brew espresso and steam milk as needed.

Pressure gauge for extraction control

The analog manometer (0–16 bar) lets you see the brew pressure in real time. This makes it easier to adjust grind and dosing to reach the optimal pressure around 9 bar—the key to a balanced espresso.

Adjustment via expansion valve

The expansion valve allows fine-tuning of the brew pressure in the system. This is a feature often missing in simpler machines and lets you tailor the extraction for different beans.

Professional steam wand with anti-burn

The multidirectional steam wand is designed to create fine, velvety microfoam. The anti-burn design makes it cooler to handle and safer to use.
