Double-boiler system – maximum control and capacity

The machine has two separate, insulated boilers: a 0.75 L for brewing and a 1.6 L for steam and hot water. This provides optimal temperature stability and allows brewing and milk frothing at the same time, unlike single boilers that must switch between functions.

PID control for precise temperature

The PID regulation keeps the brewing temperature stable within a very narrow range. This allows you to fine-tune your recipes and achieve more consistent, aromatic espresso shots.

Pre-infusion for smoother extraction

The programmable pre-infusion wets the coffee bed before full pressure is applied. This provides a slower and more controlled start to the extraction, improving sweetness, balance, and body.

Quiet and stable rotary pump
