Care instructions
Always turn off the grinder and unplug it before cleaning or maintenance. We recommend regular and thorough cleaning to prevent coffee oils and residues from affecting aroma, taste, or the function of the grinding mechanism. Clean an empty Coffee Bellow inside and out with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft, clean cloth. Wipe the grinder housing with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth.
The guard at the coffee outlet can be opened for cleaning. Loosen the screw on the upper mount, carefully clean the guard and the area around the outlet with a brush, then reattach the part. For deeper cleaning, coffee residues can be removed with a vacuum cleaner and brush. Keep the grinder free from old residues so that grind adjustment is not affected, and let it cool down after longer or frequent use. Repairs and part replacements should only be performed by authorized service.
