Care instructions
Clean the grinder regularly by first removing the bean container, then pouring cleaning powder into the grinder mechanism, such as Pulygrind. Then reattach the bean container and grind a few portions of coffee until no crystals remain. The recommended cleaning frequency is about once a month, depending on how much the grinder is used. It is a simple routine but important if you want to maintain both flavor and precision over time.
For precise espresso
The grind size is adjusted Stepless: clockwise for coarser grind and counterclockwise for finer grind. As a guideline for espresso, we recommend 25 ml in 25 seconds. A practical tip is that beans with a higher proportion of Arabica often require finer grinding, while a higher proportion of Robusta often works better with a slightly coarser setting.
