We send parcels all over the world EU and also outside EU, so you can enjoy your new espresso machine no matter where you are. The delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days, while deliveries to others EU (including Norway, Switzerland and UK) takes 2-5 working days. For ordered goods, the delivery time can be 1-5 weeks.
Regarding returns, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the item has not been used. About the product has been used, we take into account any reduction in value when refunding. We always strive to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible for you.
