Care instructions:
All parts can be safely cleaned in a commercial dishwasher. Store the finished concentrate in the glass carafe with lid, or in another airtight container, in the refrigerator where it stays fresh for up to 2 weeks. Cleaned and rinsed felt filters should be stored in a sealed bag in the freezer and rinsed before next use. The reusable felt filters can be used up to 10 times and should be discarded after 3 months. The silicone stopper seals by gently pressing in and twisting a quarter turn, and it can be stored in the lower part of the brew container's handle. If the flow becomes slow, use medium to coarse ground coffee, pour the water gently, and if needed, gently loosen the coffee bed with a blunt knife. For the next brew, a paper filter bag is recommended for an even smoother flow.
