Cafetto EVO is the ultimate solution to ensure that your semi-automatic espresso machine remains clean and operates optimally, especially for professional machines with a 3-way valve. Create the best coffee flavor through regular and thorough cleaning with this high-quality organic cleaning agent.
Instructions
Daily procedure for backflushing each group head:
- Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with a "blind filter".
- For daily cleaning, add 1 scoop of Espresso Clean® to the group handle and insert as About you brew espresso. If About the machine is cleaned less often, use 2 scoops.
- Start the brewing process and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaning agent.
- Stop the machine for 10 seconds.
- Repeat start and stop 4 times – run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
- Remove the handle and rinse the blind filter under running water from the machine. Turn off the water.
- Reattach the handle with the blind filter, start and stop the machine 10 times – run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds – to ensure proper rinsing. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.
- Brew and discard an espresso shot before you can start brewing as usual again.
Daily Cleaning
- Soak the group handles and filters in 500 ml of hot water with 2 scoops of Espresso Clean® for 10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with hot water.
