Profitec Pro 400 is an elegant and compact espresso machine with a heat exchanger system and built-in pre-infusion function. The machine is equipped with a vibration pump, classic E61 brew head, and is powered by an internal water tank with a generous capacity of 2.8 liters.

Unique features of the Pro 400

What truly sets the Pro 400 apart from other heat exchanger espresso machines are its smart and unique features. Under the machine, there is a switch where you can choose to brew with or without pre-infusion – something unique to this particular model.

What is pre-infusion?
This means that the coffee puck is first saturated with low pressure before the brewing really starts at 9 bars of pressure. The result? A more even extraction and improved flavor profile.

On the underside, you will also find a switch to activate or deactivate ECO mode, which saves energy when the machine is not in use.

The design is thoughtful and compact, and you can also customize the look by changing the color of the steam and hot water knobs – three color combinations are included.
