Appartamento has a heat exchanger, which means you can brew and froth milk simultaneously, streamlining your brewing process and providing a significant advantage when making multiple coffee drinks. Rocket's E61 group provides a stable brewing temperature by continuously circulating brew water between the heating element and brew group, ensuring perfect temperature stability cup after cup.

Rocket has modernized and designed About the traditional E61 group with a dual pre-infusion system, which means it has a “Static” pre-infusion chamber that allows the coffee puck to bloom and saturate, along with a mechanical component that gradually releases pressure with the help of a pressure spring and piston to provide a gentle and stable brewing process that delivers rich aroma and thick crema to the espresso. Internally, Appartamento has a 1.8-liter copper boiler, with a power of 1200 Watts for the element. The espresso machine has integrated sensors that continuously monitor the water level in the tank and in the heat exchanger and alerts you when the level is low.
