Brewing Instructions

Traditional chai (recommended):

  • Simmer 2 teaspoons of tea in 3 dl of water + 3 dl of milk for about 10 minutes
  • Strain and sweeten with honey

Quick version:

  • Let steep as tea in hot water (about 5–7 min), preferably with milk in the cup
