Here’s how to cup:

1. Measurement: Measure out 12g of coffee beans and grind them coarsely.
2. Brewing: Pour over 200 ml of boiling water.
3. Time: Let the coffee brew for 4 minutes.
4. Cleaning: Carefully remove the coffee that has floated to the surface.
5. Aroma: Smell the wonderful aromas from the brew.
6. Tasting: Take a spoon, slurp, and smell your coffee.
7. Cleaning: Spit or swallow, you decide, but make sure to clean the spoon before the next cup!
