Motta Pianacaffé Levelling Tool 58 mm from the Italian Metallurgica Motta in high-quality stainless steel. The tool helps you achieve an even surface in your portafilter. You pour ground coffee into the portafilter basket and then place the leveling tool on top. Then, twist the tool 2-4 times without pressing it down. This way, you get an even distribution of the ground coffee in the filter holder. Finally, use a tamper to achieve an even pressure, and then it's ready for brewing.
