Bubinga Convex Base 58 mm from the Italian Metallurgica Motta is made from the strong hardwood Bubinga and stainless steel. The handle is lacquered in a glossy finish to repel dirt. You can easily clean this tamper with a dry cloth and not in the dishwasher.
Bubinga tamper is available in both convex and flat models. The difference is that the convex model is slightly more forgiving in a double handle. The flat model is more versatile and can be used in both single and double handles.
