Brewing Instructions:
Toddy The Coldbrew Commercial Brewer is designed to brew with up to 2.27 kg of coarsely ground coffee and provides approximately 11 liters of coffee extract. The brewing process is simple:
- Place a commercial filter in the strainer and place it in the brew container.
- Pour 2.27 kg of coarsely ground coffee into the filter.
- Add 6.6 liters of cold water and saturate all coffee particles.
- Tie the filter together and leave room for the coffee to move.
- Add another 6.6 liters of cold water and let the brew stand for 8-16 hours.
- Drain the extract, cool and store. Brewing yields approximately 9.5 liters of concentrate.
