Care instructions
The 15-liter plastic tank (PE), dispensing hose, and tap must be cleaned and disinfected after each day's use. The tank can be cleaned repeatedly without damage. We recommend cleaning agents intended for food equipment, or alternatively dishwasher detergent.
For cleaning, dissolve a tablespoon of cleaning powder in a cup of warm water and add this to the tank. Remove the beverage container from the insulated backpack with the dispensing hose and tap, rinse out residues, and fill the tank with about 8 liters of warm water. Add the cleaning agent, shake the tank for 10 seconds, and let the solution work for 10–15 minutes. Then empty the entire tank through the dispensing hose, rinse the container twice with warm water, and let it air dry before resealing and storing.
For extra thorough cleaning and disinfection, the final rinse can be finished with a biological water disinfectant.
