Professional milk frother for espresso with precise steam
Aleman Z-Series Visual Steam Station is a professional milk frother for espresso for those who want powerful, dry steam and full control over texturing. The specially developed water-steam separating design helps the unit deliver dry steam at the steam wand, providing the fine microfoam structure required for latte art like rosettas and swans. For the home barista, studio, or mobile service, this is an unusually well-crafted tool with a clear manual character. It is best suited for those who appreciate mechanics, weight, and precision rather than fast fully automatic solutions.

Care instructions
Fill the chamber only to 60–70% of capacity. Never run the unit dry. Aim for a steam pressure of 1.5–2.5 bar, and reduce the heat immediately if the gauge enters the red zone. Before frothing milk, open the steam wand for about 2 seconds to clear condensation. After use, turn off the heat, open the valve to release pressure, and wait until the gauge reads 0 before opening the lid. Maintenance is otherwise limited: keep the unit clean and occasionally lubricate the piston seals with food-safe silicone grease.
About the manufacturer
Aleman Lab focuses on the art behind manual espresso. Their philosophy is based on pure mechanics and thermal stability, without circuit boards and pumps taking over the experience. With the motto “Less Circuit, More Soul,” they develop tools in stainless steel and wood for users who want to feel every step in brewing and milk texturing. This is evident here as well: the expression is industrial, almost sculptural, and far from an ordinary electric milk frother.
If you are looking for a distinct and uncompromising solution for microfoam, the Aleman Z-Series is a strong choice for a more manual and professional espresso corner.
