ACME Taster Mini 110 ml is the smallest cup in the Taster series. A compact, versatile cup designed for cupping, but also perfect for piccolo, espresso, or a small fluffy. The deep shape provides good control during tasting, while the size makes it convenient for both café and home kitchens.

The Taster series was created to improve how coffee is tasted. Deeper cups allow the coffee grounds to settle at the bottom, providing a cleaner flavor experience. The thick-walled construction retains heat better, and the stackable design saves space.

How to do a cupping

1. Dose the coffee

   Place about 7–8 g of coarsely ground coffee in the cup.

2. Add water

   Pour hot water, around 93 °C, until the cup is filled.

3. Let steep

   Let stand for about 3–4 minutes without stirring.

4. Break the crust

   Gently break the coffee crust with a spoon and smell.

5. Clear the surface

   Scoop away the floating grounds.

6. Taste

   Taste when the coffee has cooled slightly. The grounds should remain at the bottom.

The smaller volume makes the Taster Mini ideal for quick comparisons and triangulation.
