How to look after your Super Fausto
A commercial grinder, such as the Macap M7D, Eureka Helios or BUNN MHG, grinds many kilos a week and needs a daily routine, the dose checked every morning and new burrs according to kg. Here is the schedule and the products we recommend.
Good to know about the Rocket Super Fausto
Turn the dial clockwise for a finer grind and anticlockwise for a coarser grind. Change the setting while the grinder is running, one or two steps at a time.
Rocket states that the burrs should be checked and replaced if necessary after 2,500 kg of ground coffee.
Wash the bean hopper every week with water and mild washing-up liquid, never in the dishwasher. The burr set is cleaned with a brush, a vacuum cleaner or grinder cleaning tablets.
